Weekend in Miami
First stop on the Miami trip was The W Hotel to go to Mr Chows! This is one of my all time favourites in Miami, the food has always been good, it's always busy and it is right in the middle of South Beach. The W hotel also offers a night club called Wall for those who want to boogie the night away after they've stuffed their faces full of fantastic food at Mr Chows. However, I usually like to retire to watch a movie in the room after this!
The Setai Brunch
Now, some people might say to go to Soho House for brunch, but these people are usually the type of people who think Cheesecake Factory is amazing. The Setai is the top brunch in Miami, as recommended by all locals too. $85 per adult, for unlimited mimosas and bellini's, which if you saw the buffet spread, you'd realise you got great deal! I of course love the deserts, as displayed in the photo below... sweet tooth!
Museum of Ice Cream
While I was there over Easter, the Museum of Ice Cream had a pop up along South Beach. It quite literally is a museum about ice cream, and along the way you do get to taste quite a lot of ice cream! It's also an Instagram haven! SO many photo opportunities at this place. Okay for $38 it was pricey for some ice cream tasting, but there's a sprinkle pool, BUT they are plastic, womp womp! However it made for some great boomerangs, which made my Instagram! I would say, if you are bored, have kids, or want to take a bunch of Instagram photos, then this is worth the visit. I know they currently have The Pint Shop in NYC and a place in San Francisco. Sadly when I was in LA last year the tickets had sold out for the pop up there, so get your tickets quick if it ever makes it to London! It's just a matter of time before it does.
